With a MBA degree in marketing, his distinctive skill set includes brand management, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior. His ladder of success started building up when he formulated strategies for companies in their expansion stage and continued to add rungs by many store launches and events executed.
He has made a mark in the industry with remarkable ATL and BTL campaigns. Working as a brand manager for Pantaloons, Zee Learn and ABP has added the requisite years of experience in his kitty.In addition to this, the launch of Ebela newspaper has been another milestone achieved by him.
His expertise in event management has been internationally acclaimed in Ananda Utsav in New Jersey and London.

A trained vocalist in Hindusthani Classical Music, Mrs. Nilanjana Sengupta is the mind behind all the creative content within the organization. She joined ITC Sangeet Research Academy under the revered Guru, Padmasree Pandit Ulhas Kashalkar and got her training in Gwalior Jaipur Gharana. She has also received training in Thumri, Dadra from the Late Bidushi Girija Devi. Mrs. Nilanjana Sengupta has performed in several prestigious musical conferences across India and abroad and has won multiple awards and accolades as an artist.
She manages international collaborations for the organization apart from managing her role in Content strategy and execution.
